Enjoyed my stay in a modern double room featuring two single beds.

Good location, easy to access centre by metro.
you have to pay for every extra thing, for example 15 EUR per day for parking, 5 EUR for 15 min. using internet.. I have stayed in other 4 stars hotels in Portugal, there were no such extra charges or they there much less. I think we pay enough for 4 star hotel and at least such service as internet should be included in price.

Staff were helpful and polite.Had early call and booked taxi to airport which arrived promptly. Close to Campo Pequino for shops and restaurants. Airport 10 mins away. Metro 5 mins walk.
Not a real negative, but hotel on quiet side street so not the ' wow ' factor the frontage suggests.

Brand-new room plus with private bathroom. Comfortable location, within a close distance from a dotted garden. Based short walk to Campo Pequeno subway station and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, Lisbon for one night and the center. ...

The hotel was located a 3-5 minute walk from a metro stop. We were able to get downtown to Barrio Alto in under 15 minutes. Although located in a more modern sector of the city, we liked the area. Definitely check out the cafes at the Bull Fighting Arena for a great lunch spot. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, although we had two separate beds pushed together to make one.
We received a cold reception from the people working the desk when we checked in, although later on in our stay they were kind helping us make dinner reservations. The breakfast was generally good, but the coffee was terrible and came from a machine.

The venue was excellent value, I enjoyed the stay and the location was incredible near to local restaurants and shops, near to supermarket and the shopping mall with plenty of shops. The breakfast was particularly good with very simple options to choose from. The staff were very friendly day and night.

Near to metro station. The beakfeast is good. The staff are very friendly.
The room is very small for 4*. The wifi internet connexion is very bad; disconnect each 20-30 sec during whole period of 5 days. Cleanliness bathroom was good but not over the top. Is good for 3*, but not for 4*.
